The Hôtel-Dieu in Carpentras is one of the oldest hospitals in the former capital of the Comtat Venaissin . It is not the first in Carpentras, but it is the largest, before the creation of a modern hospital in 2002. The building, built between 1750 and 1751 by order of the Bishop of Carpentras Joseph-Dominique d'Inguimbert and according to plans by Antoine d'Allemand, is one of the monuments historiques in France.

In the chapel of the Hôtel-Dieu is the tomb of the donor d'Inguimbert.

The hospital pharmacy, which has been preserved in its original state from the 18th century, is famous.
