The Høgfonna is a 2,579 m high mountain in the Borg Massif on the Maudheimvidda in East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . With a flat, snow-covered summit and bare rocky slopes, it rises 5 km southeast of Høgskavlen .
Norwegian cartographers mapped the mountain using geodetic surveys and aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952). The Norwegian name means something like "high snow field".
