Høgskavlpiggen ( Norwegian for Hohe Schneewechtenspitze ) is a 2340 m high mountain peak of the Borg massif in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . It rises in the western part of Høgskavlen mountain .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it descriptively, mapped it on the basis of measurements and aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952).
