Hadelin de La Tour du Pin Chambly de La Charce (born August 26, 1951 ) is a French diplomat with the rank of ambassador .

Life

Hadelin de La Tour du Pin was from 1994-1997 ambassador in Conakry , Guinea with Lansana Conté . From 1997 to 2000 he was ambassador in Harare , Zimbabwe for Robert Mugabe . Partly at the same time he was accredited from 1997 to 1999 with the government of Ahmad Tejan Kabbah in Freetown , Sierra Leone . On September 27, 2003, he was appointed ambassador to Nicosia in Cyprus , a position he held until 2007. De la Tour was Ambassador to Caracas, Venezuela from October 27, 2006 to September 14, 2009. On June 9, 2010, he was appointed by the government of Nicolas Sarkozy as its representative to the Pacific Community in Nouméa . On August 1, 2014, he was appointed Ambassador to the Principality of Monaco .
