Hais Welday

Hais Welday (born October 24, 1989 ) is an Eritrean medium and long-distance runner .

In 2006 he took 53rd place on the short distance at the World Cross Country Championships in Fukuoka . At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 and at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009 , he was eliminated over 1500 m in the preliminary run.

In 2010 he was twelfth over 3000 m at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Doha and eighth over 1500 m at the African Athletics Championships in Nairobi .

In 2012 he came in eighth place at Dam tot Damloop .
