Haki Rugova
Haki Rugova (born February 23, 1957 in Istog , SFR Yugoslavia , today Kosovo ) has been the mayor of the city of Istog since 2010 . He is a member of the LDK .
Career
Haki Rugova grew up in Istog. There he finished elementary and middle school. He studied technology at the University of Pristina . In 1989, when the LDK was founded, he joined the party. From 2007 to 2010 he was deputy mayor in his hometown of Istog. In 2010 he became mayor of the city.
Private
Haki Rugova is married and has three children. In addition to his native Albanian , he also speaks English and Serbo-Croatian .
