The Halberstädter Straße 122 building is a listed residential and commercial building in the Sudenburg district of Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the north side of Halberstädter Straße, opposite the junction with Heidestraße.
Architecture and history
The five and a half story building was built in the late 19th century in the neo-baroque style . The facade of the brick building has ten axes and is dominated by a two-axis box oriel, which is arranged in the middle in front of the first three upper floors. Columns, pilasters and balusters can be found as decorations . The areas between the windows of the mezzanine floor are provided with stucco fields that show figurative representations. There is an eaves cornice with console stones . The house is covered with a flat roof .
In the past, the complex stucco in the area of the windows is no longer available.
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed under registration number 094 81981 as a monument .
The building is considered to be significant in terms of urban development and an important part of the still largely preserved Gründerzeit street.
