Halina Kratochwil
Halina Kratochwil (* 1972 in Zittau ) is a German costume and set designer .
Life
Kratochwil grew up in East Berlin. After graduating from high school in 1991, she trained as a men's tailor at the German State Opera in Berlin. From 1995 to 2000 she studied stage design and film design at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam.
Since completing her studies in 2001, she has been working as a freelancer at the following theaters: State Theater Schwerin , TAT Frankfurt / Main, Stadttheater Gießen, Maxim Gorki Theater, Hebbel Theater, State Theater Stuttgart , Residenztheater Munich , Theater Augsburg , Theater Aachen, Landesbühne Sachsen and the Free stages Theatrale Halle, Theater unterm Dach Berlin, Societätstheater Dresden, Theaterdiscounter Berlin and the Lofft Leipzig.
