Career

Hallie Grossman contested the first international races as part of the IBU Cup 2016/17 in January 2017 in Martell in South Tyrol . Nevertheless, she was nominated for the 2017 European Biathlon Championships in Duszniki-Zdrój, Poland . After participating in three other IBU Cups, she ended the season without points in the overall standings. In the following winter she did not compete in international races, only at the beginning of winter 2018/19 she was part of the IBU Cup team again. With sometimes significantly better shooting results, she was able to collect her first points, she ran her best race at the IBU Cup in Bayerisch Eisenstein , and for the first time without a shooting error she came 14th. At the 2019 European Biathlon Championships in Minsk , however, she again clearly missed the podium and points.
