The Hamburg Ski Hut in the Goldberg Group is a managed Alpine Club hut in the Hamburg and Lower Elbe section of the German Alpine Club in the state of Salzburg in Austria .

history

The hut was built in 1936 by Eduard Kunsky from Vienna as a Schlossalm hut - according to other sources, in 1935 and as a “hunting hut”. In 1940 the Hamburg Section, founded in 1875, acquired the hut and renamed it “Hamburger Skiheim”. In 1959 the ski home was expanded. In 1987 a large wooden terrace was added and the name was changed to "Hamburger Skihütte". From 2010, a renovation took place for around half a million euros.
