The Hammerbach rises north of Tornau ( Saxony-Anhalt ) and is a right tributary into the Schleifbach . It flows through the Tornau and Bad Düben districts , where it flows into the Schleifbach as a tributary on the right . The Hammerbach has a length of 9 km and drains almost 29 km².
