The Hammerfließ is a right tributary of the Nuthe near Woltersdorf and flows through the Baruther glacial valley .

The source is located west of the town of Baruth .

The slowly flowing water drains the Flemmingwiesen between the southern towns of Paplitz , Schöbendorf , Lynow, Stülpe , Dümde and the northern towns of Mückendorf , Horstwalde and Schönefeld . In its further course, the Hammerfliess passes the southwestern Woltersdorf and the northern towns Gottow, Schöneweide and finally Scharfenbrück.
