Hamza Sahli (born May 10, 1993 ) is a Moroccan long-distance runner .

Athletic career

Hamza Sahli celebrated his first international successes at the Agadir Marathon 2017, where he was victorious in 2:07:52 h. The following year he won the half marathon in Fez in 1:04:03 h and was third in the Kobe Marathon. In 2019 he finished third at the Semi Marathon International de Marrakech and also won the bronze medal at the Africa Games in Rabat in 1:02:45 h behind the Kenyan Titus Ekiru and his compatriot Mohamed Reda el-Aaraby . In the marathon he qualified for the World Championships in Doha and finished eighth there after 2:11:49 h. He then won the bronze medal in the 10,000 meter run at the World Military Games in Wuhan in 28: 56.68 minutes behind compatriot el-Aaraby and Amanal Petros from Germany. In 2020 he won the Beppu-Ōita marathon in 2:08:01 h.
