The Hanguk-gyeongje-Party ( Korean : 한국 경제 당 , transliteration : Hanguk-gyeongje-dang , in German : Korean Economic Party ) is a conservative opposition party in South Korea that was founded on March 14, 2016 under the name Pro-Ban Unification Party (친반 통일당 ) Founded. This was in view of the attempted recruitment of Ban Ki-moon as a candidate for the 2017 presidential election in South Korea . The party has had its current name since March 2, 2020.

The party took part in the general election in South Korea in 2016 , but only received 0.04% of the vote. The HGP has had a seat in the National Assembly since Gukho MP Lee Eun-jae left the Mirae-tonghap party in March 2020.
