Hans-Eberhard Schultz

Hans-Eberhard Schultz (born January 1943 in Berlin ) is a German lawyer and author .

Life

Schultz grew up in the Rhine-Ruhr area and passed his first state examination in law in 1966 at the Cologne Higher Regional Court. He then passed the state examination for teaching at primary schools at the University of Education in Berlin-Lankwitz , where he worked as a lecturer for some time. At times he belonged to Commune 2 . During his time in the commune, Hans-Eberhardt Schultz published a "diary protocol" in the "Kursbuch" in 1969, in which he described how he sexually approached a four-year-old girl who also lived in the commune.

His second state examination with admission as a lawyer followed in 1978 at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court. Since then he has worked as a lawyer with offices in Vegesack (closed in 2009) and Berlin .

In the 1980s he was a lecturer at the Carl-von-Ossietzky University in Oldenburg and at further education institutions such as the Bremen Adult Education Center , Bremen-Nord regional office and Work and Life . He then began to publish on criminal procedure and human rights issues.

In 1999 he was one of the defenders of the imprisoned leader of the terrorist organization PKK Abdullah Öcalan .

Schulz is married to Azize Tank , who is also a board member of the Eberhard Schultz Foundation for Social Human Rights and Participation .
