Hans-Henning from Quast

Hans-Henning von Quast (born February 26, 1885 in Frankfurt (Oder) , † 1939 ) was a German manor owner and politician.

Life

After attending grammar schools in Frankfurt am Main, Paderborn and Frankfurt an der Oder as well as the Knight Academy in Dom Brandenburg , Hans-Henning von Quast spent a practical apprenticeship as a farmer in 1903. From 1904 to 1905 he studied at the Agricultural University in Berlin and the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1904 he became a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia Heidelberg . In 1907 he took over the management of the Fideikommiss Vichel. In the First World War he took part as an economic officer in the west with the rank of captain of the reserve.

Von Quast was a member of the main board of directors of the Kur- und Neumärkischer Knighthood Credit Institute in Berlin. He belonged to the district committee and district council of the Ruppin district . He was a member of the Provincial Parliament for Brandenburg and authorized representative of the Reichsrat for Brandenburg.
