Hans-Jürgen Stumpf

Hans-Jürgen Stumpf (born July 18, 1918 in Berlin , † March 27, 1980 in Hamburg ) was a German actor.

After he had played the role of Winnetou shortly before in the Besenbinderhof in Hamburg , he was hired for the same role in the first Karl May Games in Bad Segeberg in 1952 . It premiered on August 16, 1952. By the end of the season, 98,400 visitors saw him on stage. A postcard published by Ustad-Verlag comes from this period .

Together with Robert Ludwig, Hans Joachim Kilburger and Verena Schley, he presented the piece on September 3, 1952 on the NWDR television in Hamburg.
