Hans-Ulrich Grimm

Hans-Ulrich Grimm (born January 20, 1955 in the Allgäu ) is a German author and journalist .

Life

Former Mirror - editor (1989-1996) is known for its reports of industrially produced food and in his view, euphemistic, sometimes obfuscating tactics of their marketing known.

Grimm studied German, history, and education in Heidelberg. Grimm operates the online information service Dr. Watson The Food Detective based in Stuttgart . The service provides information about the food industry as well as industrial foods and their additives, also in the Dr.Watson app .
