Hans Adler (born October 1, 1944 ) is a German specialist in German.

Life

After graduating from the Hermann-Böse-Gymnasium in 1965 , he studied German language and literature, philosophy , pedagogy , French language and literature at the FU Berlin from 1967 to 1969 , German language and literature from 1969 to 1970 at the Université de Nantes and from to 1978 at the Ruhr University Bochum German literature and linguistics, philosophy, education, French language and literature. After receiving his doctorate in social novels in March 1978 in Bochum as a Dr. phil. summa cum laude Rigorosum in linguistics , German studies, philosophy, he was a research assistant there from 1978 to 1990 . After the habilitation, the conciseness of the dark. Gnoseology - Aesthetics - Philosophy of History with Johann Gottfried Herder In 1987 he taught from 1992 to 2019 as a professor at the University of Wisconsin – Madison .
