Hans Aigner

Hans Aigner (born July 15, 1912 in Wartberg an der Krems ; † November 3, 2006 ) was an Austrian architect and university professor .

Life

Hans Aigner studied architecture with Siegfried Theiss and Alfred Keller at the Vienna University of Technology and from 1938 worked as a construction manager for the Dortmund Union-Brückenbau-AG, where he was responsible for the Stahlbau-Eisenwerke Oberdonau (today's voestalpine ). After the Second World War he worked in Linz as a site manager for industrial buildings and as an architect.

Aigner was also a full professor for structural engineering for civil engineers at the Vienna University of Technology.
