Municipal office in Wartberg

Blazon : Split; on the right in red a silver palm branch, on the left in silver a red, overturned sword. The community colors are red and white.

The palm branch and sword are attributes of St. Kilian and denote the church patronage of Wartberg. The choice of around 689 killed in Würzburg Bishop Kilian for parish saint of Wartberg is closely related with the adalberonisch-lambachischen influence in creating this Altpfarre the middle Krems Valley .
