Hans Aull

Hans Aull (born June 5, 1869 in Ainring , Upper Bavaria , † June 21, 1948 in Seehausen am Staffelsee ) was a German judge.

Life

Aull studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and became active in the Corps Ratisbonia Munich in 1891 . In December 1922 he came to the Munich Higher Regional Court as a senior public prosecutor . In 1929 he was appointed President of the Augsburg Higher Regional Court. On April 1, 1932, he moved to the Bamberg Higher Regional Court as president . At his request to the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice , he was retired on November 1, 1933 because of incapacity for work . Aull was an honorary member of his corps.
