Hans Eduard Seebass

Hans Eduard Seebaß (born January 21, 1894 in Hehlen , † April 25, 1957 in Braunschweig ) was a Lutheran theologian, pastor and politician.

Seebaß held parish positions in Groß Dahlum (1922–1925), Schöppenstedt (1925–1930) and at the Marienstift in Braunschweig (1930–1957). From 1936 he was part-time first senior church councilor and from 1939 regional church councilor in the church leadership. As an independent candidate, he was from February 21, 1946 to November 21, 1946 a member of the Appointed Braunschweig Landtag . He belonged u. a. with Max Witte , to the Lutheran Brotherhood , who campaigned for the factual validity of the Evangelical Lutheran Confessions in the Braunschweig regional church .
