Hans Friedrich Fulda

Hans Friedrich Fulda (born August 2, 1930 in Stuttgart ) is a German philosopher and author .

Life

From 1950 he studied in Heidelberg and Frankfurt am Main . After receiving his doctorate in Heidelberg in February 1961, he was a research assistant in Berlin from 1960 and in Heidelberg from 1965. After completing his habilitation in Heidelberg in July 1969, he was full professor in Bielefeld from September 1974 . In October 1981 he became a full professor in Heidelberg. From 1987 to 1996 he was President of the International Hegel Association . He has been retired since September 1995 .

His research areas are German idealism ( Kant , Hegel ), metaphysics and practical philosophy.
