Hans Hauner

Hans Hauner (born July 29, 1955 in Regensburg ) is a German nutritionist . Since 2003 he has headed the Else Kröner-Fresenius -Zentrum for Nutritional Medicine (locations Klinikum rechts der Isar and Science Center Weihenstephan ).

Life

Hauner studied human medicine at the University of Regensburg and the Technical University of Munich . He qualified as an internist at the Ulm University Hospital (focus on endocrinology / diabetology ). He then moved to Düsseldorf as a senior physician at Heinrich Heine University ( German Diabetes Center ). In 2003 he followed the call to the newly established chair for nutritional medicine at the Technical University of Munich.
