Hans Heinrich Moll

Hans Heinrich Moll (born May 10, 1913 in Essen , † November 29, 2008 in Höfen (Tyrol) ) was a German engineer and manager .

Life

Hans Heinrich Moll studied mechanical engineering and did his doctorate at RWTH Aachen University . In 1939 he began to work for the Junkers factory in Dessau . In 1942 he switched to the Daimler-Benz aircraft engine works in Genshagen , where he was in charge of work preparation until 1945. After working at various machine factories, he returned to Daimler-Benz in 1953, where Moll was appointed deputy member of the board in 1955. At Friedrich Krupp GmbH he was a member of the board of directors from 1961 to 1965. In 1966 he became plant manager of the Munich plant of MAN Augsburg. In 1974 he became its chairman.

Hans Heinrich Moll had been a member of the Association of German Engineers (VDI) since 1938 . From 1959 to 1962 he was chairman of its production engineering company. For several more years he was a member of the company's advisory board.
