Hans Hunziker (entrepreneur)
Hans Hunziker (born May 3, 1874 in Reinach AG ; † December 19, 1942 in Lugano ; legal resident in Leimbach ) was a Swiss entrepreneur .
Life
In 1873 his father Johannes Hunziker first introduced Portland cement to Switzerland and made modern cement products from it. In 1893, Hans Hunziker and his brother took over the company and expanded it. In 1907 the company was re-established and relocated to Brugg . Hunziker set up branches in Olten , Pfäffikon , Brig and abroad, some of which still exist today.
