Friedrich Carl Burkart

Friedrich Carl Burkart , also Friedrich Karl Burkart , (born January 7, 1805 in Scheßlitz , † July 12, 1862 in Nuremberg ) was a German lawyer and politician.

Life

Burkert was a son of Franz Burkart; his brother was the Ministerialrat Karl Burkart . From 1821 he studied law and philosophy at the University of Würzburg , where he was a member of the Corps Bavaria since 1822 . In 1825 he became a regional court trainee in Scheßlitz, in 1828 a court trainee in Zweibrücken , 1828 accessist at the district and city court in Nuremberg, 1829 accessist at the appellate court in Bamberg , and in 1833 an official at the Kronach regional court . In 1834 he established himself as a lawyer, initially in Lichtenfels, and from 1844 in Bamberg. From 1850 to 1861 he was a consultant to the Bavarian state government (government and fiscal council) in Nuremberg, and from 1861 to 1862 director of the Royal Bank in Nuremberg.

From 1845 to 1850 Burkert was a member of the municipal authority in Bamberg. From May 18, 1848 to March 8, 1849 he was a member of the Frankfurt National Assembly ( Augsburger Hof ). From 1849 to 1852 he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Bavarian State Parliament.
