Hans Jedlitschka
Hans Jedlitschka (born February 21, 1931 in Zurich ; † January 22, 2006 there ) was a Swiss radio play director .
Life
Hans Jedlitschka was born in Zurich in 1931. After attending school, he learned the profession of typesetter and then attended the Zurich School of Applied Arts.
Jedlitschka shaped the development of the radio play on German-speaking Swiss radio and promoted Swiss authors. He initially worked as a freelance journalist and worked for the Zurich stage studio. This was followed by engagements as an actor and two years as assistant director at the Zürcher Schauspielhaus.
From 1958 he was a radio player and speaker in the radio studio in Zurich, later he was promoted to head of the radio play department. Jedlitschka worked as a dramaturge, department head and director at Swiss Radio DRS for 32 years until he retired in 1992.
