Hans Kindl is a former German skeleton athlete .

For a period of 15 years, Hans Kindl was one of the top German skeletons. Already at the German championships, which were held for the first time after 1938 in 1971 , he was runner- up behind Josef Grubmüller in Königssee , where all the championships of the 1970s were held. Two years later he was third behind Rudi Häusler and Heinrich Platzer . It was not until 1981 that Kindl won the bronze medal again in Königssee behind Franz Kleber and Fritz Drevenka . In 1984 he won the title in Winterberg ahead of Häusler and Kleber. In 1985 and 1986 he won the bronze medals again in Königssee. Kindl won the titles at Bavarian Championships in 1978 and 1984, was second in 1975 and 1976 and third in 1972, 1974 and 1977.
