Hans Henrik Stoermann-Næss (born November 3, 1886 in Bergen ; † December 10, 1958 there ) was a Norwegian sailor .

Hans Næss, who for the Bergen Seilforening sailed, was in 1920 in Antwerp at the Olympic Games in the 12-meter class after the International Rule of 1907 Olympic champion . He was a crew member of the Atlanta , which participated as the only boat in its class. The Atlanta sufficient lack of competition in two races each reaching the goal to win the gold medal. The crew also included the brothers Halvor and Rasmus Birkeland , Lauritz Christiansen , Halvor Møgster and the brothers Ole , Jan , Kristian and Henrik Østervold . The latter was the owner and skipper of the Atlanta .

Næss was also active as a racing driver. He first worked for a coal merchant in his hometown of Bergen, later he was a ship broker and, as such, also chairman of the local ship broker association.
