Hans Rosenkranz

Hans Rosenkranz (born June 22, 1940 in Aussig , Bohemia ) is a German business educator , organizational psychologist and family therapist . He developed the group dynamic model for training and organizational consulting. Rosenkranz has been a training trainer for management trainers and process consultants for over 40 years.

Life

Hans Rosenkranz studied from 1960 to 1965 business administration , economics and social and industrial psychology at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich .

In 1969 he received his doctorate at the State Economics Faculty of the LMU Munich.

From 1970 to 1971 Rosenkreuz was a visiting lecturer and fellow of the British Council at the University of Leeds to study group dynamics and systemic organizational development . He has been a freelance business consultant and trainer since 1971.

In 1973 he published his dissertation at UTB under the title “Social business organization under anthropological and pedagogical aspects” and in 2013 at epubli as an e-book under the title “How images of people change people and companies”.

In 1990 he founded the Dr. Rosary .
