Hans Rudi Fischer

Hans Rudi Fischer (* 1952 ) is a German philosopher , psychologist and coach . His current work focus is on organizational consulting , his research focus is currently on creativity and ambivalence research.

Life

After training as an industrial clerk, he studied philosophy and psychology and received his doctorate in 1986 from the University of Heidelberg with an interdisciplinary thesis on Wittgenstein's philosophical psychology . This was followed by a job as a programmer (database application) and author of software books. From 1988 to 1992 he was a research assistant in the department for basic psychoanalytic research and family therapy (Director: Helm Stierlin ) at the Psychosomatic University Clinic in Heidelberg. He is co-founder (1990) and since 1999 chairman of the Heidelberg Institute for Systemic Research. Since 1992 he has worked as a teaching systemic therapist, consultant and coach.

Since 1988 he has been working as a consultant and coach in business and has been managing director of the Heidelberg Center for Systemic Consulting and Research (zsfb) since 1999 . In addition, Hans Rudi Fischer developed systemic thinking and working in therapy, coaching and counseling in numerous publications. Since 2002 he has been (co-) editor of the interdisciplinary journal Familiendynamik . Systemic practice and research , published by Klett-Cotta Verlag in Stuttgart . As a university lecturer, he worked at domestic and foreign universities (including ETH Zurich , ZWW Uni Augsburg , Uni Heidelberg, Uni Vienna , MCI Innsbruck ) a. a. in philosophy, psychology, coaching and leadership.
