Hans Schlarmann

Hans Schlarmann (born October 18, 1950 - January 18, 2017 ) was a German lawyer .

Schlarmann studied law in Munich, Bochum, Freiburg, Geneva and received his doctorate in Münster in 1980. He has been working as a lawyer and specialist lawyer for administrative law since 1978 and has been a partner in the law firm Gleiss Lutz since 1984. He was also a judge at the judges' service court in Baden-Württemberg .

Since 2007, he has taught public law, administrative law and real estate law at the University of Hohenheim as an honorary professor . Schlarmann was a member of the Environmental Law Research Center at the Humboldt University of Berlin , the Society for Environmental Law (GfU), the German Society for Building Law and the “Road Law” working group at the University of Bonn .

From 1998 to 2002 he was a member of the supervisory board of Hornbach Baumarkt AG and a consultant for Hornbach Holding .

Since 1969 he was a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Tuiskonia Munich.
