Hans Schmid (ice hockey player)
Hans Heinrich Schmid (born December 28, 1898 ; † unknown) was a German ice hockey player .
Career
Hans Schmid played at club level for SC Riessersee . With his team he won the German championship title in the 1927 season . He was later inducted into the German Hockey Hall of Fame .
International
Schmid took part in the 1928 Olympic Winter Games in St. Moritz for the German national ice hockey team. At the European Championships in 1927 he won the bronze medal with his team. He made a total of eight international matches for Germany.
