Hans Schwarzentruber (born March 25, 1929 Lucerne , Switzerland ; † November 23, 1982 , ibid) was a Swiss gymnast . At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952 he won the silver medal in the team all-around competition in apparatus gymnastics together with Josef Stalder , Hans Eugster , Jean Tschabold , Jack Günthard , Melchior Thalmann , Ernst Gebendinger and Ernst Fivian . In the overall standings, he came in 52nd. At the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome , he appeared again and came in 47th and 8th place in the team all-around competition.
Schwarzentruber competed for the BTV Luzern .
