Hans Tost
Hans Tost (born August 15, 1907 in Berlin , † August 31, 1958 in Grünwald ) was a German film producer .
Life
Walter Tost's younger brother received a commercial apprenticeship and initially decided to become an actor. At the end of the 1920s he was used several times in film roles.
In 1929 he ended his activities as an actor and was manager and later production and production manager . From 1938 to 1945 he worked exclusively for Terra , repeatedly in productions by Helmut Käutner . After the end of the war he was managing director of Stella-Film GmbH. His own production company, Hans-Tost-Produktion, only existed for a short time.
