Hanspeter Betschart
Hanspeter Betschart (* 1951 ) is a Swiss Catholic theologian , pastor and writer .
Betschart is a Capuchin and lecturer in Biblical Greek and Latin at the University of Lucerne . In Olten he was pastor of St. Martin's Church for 17 years . He translated a book about Francis of Assisi from Latin into German and founded his own “Martins-Verlag Olten”, in which he published various writings. In Knapp Verlag published Betschart Grotto in Olten rectory (2009), Dear Sisters and Brothers, Carnival is again today (2011, with doggerel ), Don Camillo At Merlot Pond (2013), and cathedral choir and Säulenheilige (2015).
