Harald Kleinschmidt
Harald Kleinschmidt (born June 1, 1949 in Göttingen ) is a German historian and university professor . He received his doctorate in philosophy at the University of Göttingen with the dissertation "Investigations into English royalty in the 10th century" (1979). From 1989 to 2015, Kleinschmidt was Professor of the History of International Relations at the University of Tsukuba in Japan.
