Harald Pignatelli (born September 3, 1962 in Berlin ) is a German moderator .

Life

Pignatelli grew up as a child of an Italian-German family in West Berlin . After graduating from high school, he trained as a retail salesman, then from 1990 to 1995 he studied art history and Italian at the Free University of Berlin and spent several years in Italy . After completing his studies, he became a presenter on ZDF before he switched to the Sender Freies Berlin (since 2003 RBB ) to present the evening journal Binfo . From the mid-1990s he was an announcer in the nationwide ARD pre-evening program. Further stations were the children's program Endlich Ferien and the Berlin Quiz in the SFB .

Others

Pignatelli is a UNICEF ambassador and headed the public relations work of Kinderleben , an association promoting the day clinic for children with cancer in the Charité clinic in Berlin.
