Hari Kunzru
Hari Mohan Nath Kunzru (born December 1969 in London ) is a British journalist and novelist .
Life
Kunzru was born in London to an Englishwoman and an Indian and grew up in Essex . He studied English at the University of Oxford and then graduated in philosophy and literature from the University of Warwick . He has written for various English and international magazines including The Guardian , Daily Telegraph , The Economist , and Wired . The Impressionist was his first novel .
He was named Young Travel Writer of the Year 1999 by the Observer and was named one of the top twenty British young novelists in 2003 by the literary magazine Granta . His third novel Revolution was published in German in 2008. His novel Gods without Men (original 2011) was published in German in spring 2020 under the title Götter ohne Menschen .
