The Harmanli Cove (English; Bulgarian залив Харманли saliw Charmanli ) is a 1.1 m long and equally wide bay on the east coast of Tower Island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located north of Cape Dumoutier .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2009 after the village of Charmanli in southeastern Bulgaria .
