Harri Juhani Blumén (born February 4, 1958 in Lahti ) is a former Finnish ski jumper .

Career

Blumén, who started for the club in his hometown Lahden Hiihtoseura , made his international debut at the Four Hills Tournament 1974/75 . He achieved 40th place in the opening competition in Oberstdorf on December 29, 1974 and a good 19th place in the New Year's competition in Garmisch-Partenkirchen . After two more mixed results in Innsbruck and Bischofshofen , he ended up in 37th place overall.

In the Four Hills Tournament 1975/76 Blumén managed to increase his performance slightly. In Oberstdorf he only finished 60th, but with 17th place in Innsbruck he was finally able to achieve his best individual result. In the end, he finished 29th in the tour's overall ranking.

At the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck he started in both individual disciplines when he was just 17 years old. So he ended up tied with Japanese Koji Kakuta on the normal hill on the 29th place and on the large hill on rank 41.
