The Harris Hill is a 900 m high hill in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . On the southwestern foothills of the Stratton Hills, it rises at the head of the Overflow Glacier above the Ferrar Glacier immediately to the north .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1992 after the American cartographer William M. Harris, who among other things led the team of the United States Geological Survey to explore the Royal Society Range between 1983 and 1984.
