Harry Osei Blavo

Harry Osei Blavo (born June 30, 1942 ) is a Ghanaian diplomat .

Harry Osei Blavo holds a Bachelor of Arts in English. In 1973 he completed a degree in the German language in Munich and in 1978 a degree in international relations in Oxford .

From 1975 to 1980 he was the personal secretary of the Ghanaian Foreign Minister, from 1980 to 1984 director and head of the consular operations of the Ghanaian High Commission in New Delhi and from 1985 to 1988 advisor to the interim National Defense Council.

From 1988 until 1992 he was Counselor and Deputy Permanent Representative of the Mission to the United Nations Office in Geneva and then until 1998 Chief of Protocol in the Presidential Office of the Republic of Ghana.

From 1998 to 2001 he was Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana in Paris and was accredited by UNESCO and the Holy See .
