Hartmann little one

Hartmann Kleiner (born August 29, 1942 in Berlin ) is a German association lawyer. In his function, he has held numerous honorary positions and supervisory mandates.

Career

Until 2007, Kleiner was General Manager of the Association of Entrepreneurs' Associations Berlin and Brandenburg eV (UVB) and the Association of the Metal and Electrical Industry in Berlin and Brandenburg (VME) for a total of 26 years. The years of German reunification , the Olympic bid and the planned merger between Berlin and Brandenburg fell into his active time in Berlin .

In addition, Hartmann Kleiner was a member of the Broadcasting Council of Sender Free Berlin (SFB) and he was chairman of the administrative board. After the merger with the ORB, he also took over the corresponding positions at the RBB . When he left in 2013, the RBB director Dagmar Reim paid tribute to his services with the words: “You could rely on his critical and loyal accompaniment [...]. He is an excellent specialist who has mastered all economic topics with ease [...] "

This critical and loyal accompaniment qualified Hartmann Kleiner for other positions such as chairman of the Vivantes Group's supervisory board. It is precisely here that he advocates entrusting knowledgeable executives and non-political pension candidates with the management of the company. I.a. he was appointed to the supervisory boards of Landesbank Berlin and Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe BVG AöR, to which he had been a member for many years.

In connection with his professional tasks, he also volunteered in the field of social policy. From 1983 to 1990 Hartmann Kleiner was chairman of the board of the AOK Berlin and from 1982 to 2001 a member of the administrative board of the Federal Employment Agency . From 2002 to autumn 2015 he was also alternate chairman of the board of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, one of the largest employers in Berlin with 18,000 employees. In 2005 he was also appointed a member of the Federal Government's Social Advisory Council.

Since 2013 he has been volunteering as the first chairman of the Berlin Rowing Club . He lives in Berlin.
