The property at Hartmannstrasse 10 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-291 .

history

The property with the name Marienruh , designed as a residential building, was built in the historicist style in 1899 by the architect Andreas Kiesel . The property is a two-storey clinker brick building with a gable roof in a corner, with bay windows , ornamental gables and sandstone structure . The stone elements of the building are slightly gothic ; the decorative gables have a structure corresponding to the neo-renaissance . The decoration is only used sparingly.

Today there is a restaurant in the property.
