Hartwig Thöne

Hartwig Thöne (born April 30, 1975 in Münster ) is a German presenter , sports commentator and sports journalist .

Life

Born in Münster, Thöne grew up in Hamburg . From 1985 to 1994 he attended the Marion-Dönhoff-Gymnasium (Hamburg) . From 1996 to 1998 he studied political science and sport at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel , from 1998 to 2002 he was a student at the University of Hamburg .

Thöne is a freelancer. He has been working as a TV editor at Sport1 since 1999 , initially in Hamburg and since 2005 in Munich. He is the broadcast manager for the Sport1 News format, among others . He is also one of the moderators of the broadcasts Bundesliga aktuell and Fantalk with a focus on football and commentator on sports such as darts , triathlon , water polo and hockey . In addition to sporting contributions, Thöne is also responsible for reports, contributions and moderation of political events.

Thöne is a fan of the football club FC St. Pauli .
