Hashem Hashemzadeh Herisi ( Persian هاشم هاشم‌زاده هریسی Hashem Hashemsade Herisi ; * 1938 in Heris , East Azerbaijan ) is an Iranian Ayatollah and politician of the Union of Warring Clergy . Since 2008 he has been a member of the Expert Council for East Azerbaijan. He also represented the constituency of Tabriz , Osku and Azarshahr in Majlis 1988-1992 and from 1996 to the 2000th

Herisi studied at the Islamic Theological College of Qom .
