The Sinn house at Bonfelder Strasse 7 in Heilbronn-Biberach is a residential building that was built for Martin and Katharina Sinn according to plans by the architect Hermann Maute and is considered a cultural monument .
description
The late classicist building from 1870 is a two-and-a-half-storey stone / brick building, the house being designed in the classicism style with a central projectile and a dwarf . Particularly noteworthy are details such as the parapet panels and cornices, which were decorated with ornaments.
history
In 1961 the house belonged to the locomotive stoker Wilhelm Knobloch, who shared the first floor with the locksmith Franz Polz, while the carpenter Walter Ilzhöfer lived on the ground floor.
